TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Woodstar Creations. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through our online store and, where applicable, purchases made directly from Woodstar Creations in person.
By placing an order with Woodstar Creations, you agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies.
1. ORDERS
Many Woodstar Creations products are handmade, made to order, personalized, or customized.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections and information before completing an order, including names, spelling, capitalization, dates, colors, sizes, quantities, and personalization details.
Woodstar Creations reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, abusive conduct, or orders we are unable to fulfill.
If Woodstar Creations cancels an order after payment has been collected, any amount owed back to the customer will be refunded as appropriate.
2. CUSTOMIZATION & PERSONALIZATION
No design or personalization proofs will be provided before production unless Woodstar Creations specifically agrees otherwise.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization information submitted with their order is correct.
Woodstar Creations is not responsible for spelling, grammatical, or personalization errors submitted by the customer.

3. HANDMADE PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Because many of our products are handmade, no two items may be exactly identical.
Slight variations may occur in glitter placement, pattern or image placement, colors, positioning, texture, sizing, and other handmade elements.
Colors may also appear differently depending on photography, lighting, monitors, and mobile-device screens.
Reasonable variations associated with handmade products are not considered defects.
4. PROCESSING & TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Turnaround time refers to the time required to create, process, and prepare an order for shipment. Shipping and carrier transit time are separate and are not included in the 7–14 business day timeframe.
Customers purchasing products for birthdays, holidays, events, or other specific dates are responsible for ordering early enough to allow for both processing and shipping.

5. PRODUCT CARE & USE
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their products.
Tumblers & Drinkware
Unless specifically stated otherwise, handmade or decorated drinkware should be hand washed and should not be soaked or placed in a dishwasher.
Stainless steel products should never be placed in a microwave.
Avoid dropping, scratching, excessive heat, prolonged soaking, or other conditions that could damage decorative finishes.
Pens
Handmade and decorated pens should be handled with care. Avoid excessive heat, prolonged moisture, dropping, or other conditions that could damage decorative components.
Keychains, Ornaments & Accessories
Products containing small components may present a choking hazard and are not toys unless specifically identified as such.
Keep small, removable, breakable, or potentially hazardous components away from young children and pets.
Stickers & Decals
The lifespan and adhesion of stickers and decals may vary based on the application surface, surface preparation, washing, environmental exposure, and manner of use.
Woodstar Creations cannot guarantee permanent adhesion to every surface.
Shirts, Sweatshirts & Apparel
Follow any care instructions included with your garment.
Unless otherwise specified, decorated apparel should be washed inside out in cold water with like colors using a gentle cycle.
Do not use bleach on decorated areas or iron directly over printed, pressed, vinyl, or decorated designs.
For best results, tumble dry on low when appropriate for the garment or hang dry.
Normal fading, cracking, wear, or deterioration caused by repeated washing, excessive heat, improper laundering, or ordinary use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
6. PRODUCT SAFETY
Woodstar Creations products should only be used for their intended purposes.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use and for providing appropriate supervision when products are used around children.
Discontinue use of any product that becomes damaged or develops loose, broken, or sharp components.
7. PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION
Woodstar Creations makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information.
Occasionally, errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, availability information, typographical errors, or other inaccuracies.
If an affected paid order is canceled by Woodstar Creations, the appropriate amount paid will be refunded.
8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Woodstar Creations may offer sales, promotional codes, free-shipping offers, or other promotions.
Unless otherwise specified, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.
Eligibility requirements must be met at the time of purchase.
Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.
Individual promotions may have additional terms or restrictions.
9. PAYMENT
Payment must be successfully completed before an online order is processed.
Online payments may be processed through Shopify or other third-party payment providers. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Woodstar Creations reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when payment cannot be completed or verified.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, Woodstar Creations’ original logos, branding, product photographs, graphics, website content, original artwork, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Woodstar Creations.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property ownership or give the purchaser permission to reproduce, distribute, copy, or commercially use Woodstar Creations’ original artwork or designs unless permission is expressly provided.
Third-party trademarks, characters, artwork, names, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
11. WEBSITE USE
Customers may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Our online store is operated through Shopify, and certain website functions may be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and policies.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Woodstar Creations may use third-party providers for services including website hosting, payments, shipping, and other business operations.
Woodstar Creations does not control independent third-party providers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, policies, or practices except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Woodstar Creations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use, or misuse of our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable California or federal law.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Woodstar Creations may update these Terms from time to time.
The version posted on our website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
